Manage who can access your workspace from the Team section of Settings. Add new members, remove people who no longer need access, and change their role.

Where to find it

Left sidebar → Settings → scroll down to the team list (named after your workspace, e.g. “Team X or Brand X”).

What you can do

  • Add a member. Click Add member, enter the person’s email, and pick their role.

  • Change a member’s role. Click the role dropdown next to a member and pick a different role.

  • Remove a member. Click the trash icon on a member’s row and confirm.

  • Search. Use the search box at the top of the list to find a specific person in larger workspaces.

Tips

  • Remove members who leave the team. Especially important for agencies — make this part of your offboarding checklist.

  • Add new hires early. Adding a member at the start of their onboarding gives them time to familiarise themselves with the app before they start working in it.
