Cancelling your subscription

If you no longer need Metrion, you can cancel your current subscription from the Billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your current period continues until its end date.

Where to find it
Left sidebar → Billing → Cancel current subscription link, between the current subscription card and the plan comparison.

Steps

1. Open the Billing page.

2. Click Cancel current subscription.

3. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

What happens after

• Access continues until the renewal date. Your subscription remains active until the date shown in the Billing and payment card. You keep full access until then.

• No new charges. We won’t charge for the next billing cycle.

• Conversions keep flowing until the end. Syncs continue running on the regular schedule until access ends.

• Data retention after cancellation. Reach out to support if you want to confirm what happens to your historical conversion data after access ends — policies vary by plan.

Reactivating
If you change your mind before the renewal date, you can usually reactivate from the same page. After access ends, contact support to restore the workspace.

Tips

• Export your data first. If you need historical conversions for auditing or analysis, export them from Reporting before cancelling.

• Cancel a few days early. Don’t wait until the last day of the billing period — give yourself buffer in case there are payment-system delays.
